Disabled Parking
A DMV-approved disabled-parking pass is required for parking in specially marked spaces. Accessible parking spaces are available in Lots 1, 3 & 11; Terrace Suite handicap parking is adjacent to the infield water tower for those with infield vehicle credentials. NOTE: The person for whom the disabled parking permit has been issued must be present. Proof of DMV registration for permit will be required.

Guests With Disabilities
Tickets can be purchased in advance or on race day (subject to availability). For advanced ticket orders, please call 1-800-944-RACE (7223).  Each disabled guest may be accompanied by one attendant/companion, with seating provided. Ushers can provide assistance and direct guests to the top row and front row of the grandstands. Concessionaires will be available to assist guests with beverage needs.

Transportation: The speedway has handicap accessible trams and golf carts that operate throughout event weekends. Disability golf carts can be dispatched by visiting the blue and white Information Booths located at the entry gates.  Guests can also request a disability golf cart by contacting the Guest Services office at (909) 429-5616.  Please note that guests may experience delays in service during high demand pre and post race periods.

Elevators: Disabled guests are encouraged to use the two center elevators located in the Race Control Tower at Section 1. Elevators are also available in the East and West Towers. Lines may occur, so please allow enough time to be seated.Ramps: There are two ramps in the main grandstand, one located near Section 79 to the top of the grandstands; a second at the far east end of the grandstands to the Terrace Level.

Lost and Found
The main Lost & Found is located at the Security Office on the Concourse Level of the Grandstands at Section 39/41.  Lost items, children or parents can be taken here (see below for Child I.D. wristband information). Items may also be turned in to any of the Guest Services/Information Booths.  All items turned in will be taken to the main Lost & Found Office.  Once teh event is over, Lost & Found will move to the Administration Office.  To retrieive an item, guests may stop by or call 909-429-5000.  After 30 days, items will be donated to a local charity.

ID Wristbands
Auto Club Speedway encourages parents with children ages 12 and under to take advantage of a special child safety program.  At any Guest Services Information Booth, a child can receive a wristband with the family's or caregiver's seating location.  The wristband is utilized by Speedway staff to help reunite a child with their parent/caregiver.  Although designated for children, the ID wristbands are available upon request ofr any guest. 

Emergency Contact
In the event of an emergency, guests may be contacted by other parties through an emergency message system. This service is available by calling 909-429-500 from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. or the Guest Services hotline at 909-429-5616 from the time the gates open until 2 hours post checkered flag. The caller will be asked for the party’s name, ticket section, row and seat number or infield reserved RV site number, so please be sure to leave that information with necessary parties. A Speedway representative will be dispatched to the location, and every attempt will be made to deliver the emergency message. Paging services are not available.
